Norena Mutoya Chiteba (Lady Norena) is Founder and Visionary of KUPES Young Womens Network, a network with an aim to inspire, empower, transform young women from all walks of life, and shape them into leaders for positive change. She has a Marketing & Public Relations background with over 13 years of corporate experience, having held various positions such as Assistant Director for Marketing & Communications (Finance Bank), Head of Marketing and Communications (BancABC) and as Country Manager, Corporate Affairs (Standard Chartered Zambia). She holds an Executive MBA in Leadership & Wealth Creation from the University of Lusaka plus other qualifications including one in Diplomatic Practice, Protocol & Public Relations from the Zambia Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations in Lusaka. Lady Norena is a former Board member of the National Sports Council of Zambia and this was after having served two successful terms as President of the Zambia Squash Association (first female ever). She currently serves on the AMREF Africa and IWESPA Boards and as Board Chair for Agents of Change. She is a sought after transformational speaker and trainer with a strong passion towards Personal Branding and leadership and has spoken at several forums and with several organizations.
