Africast Limited at the 98th Agricultural Show

Africast has concluded a successful exhibition at the 98th Agricultural and Commercial Show, staged this year under the theme "Fostering Trade and Investments." Held at the Lusaka Showgrounds, the Show remains Zambia's premier platform where industry, government and investors meet, making it a natural home for a company whose entire business is building the platforms where trade and investment happen.

For Africast, the theme was more than a banner. As the organiser of some of Zambia's most influential business gatherings, the company arrived to demonstrate a simple idea: trade and investment do not happen by accident; they happen where the right people are convened, connected and given the tools to do business. That is the work Africast does all year round, and the Show offered the perfect stage to bring it to life.

At the centre of the stand were Africast's two flagship platforms. Land-Linked Zambia, the company's transport & logistics Indaba, speaks directly to Zambia's position at the heart of the region, a country bordered by eight neighbours and linked to the sea through multiple corridors and ports. Agritech Expo Zambia, meanwhile, champions agricultural innovation, mechanisation, climate-smart farming and agribusiness, turning the nation's farms into investable, trade-ready enterprises. Together, the two platforms tell a single story that mirrors the Show's own theme: one moves goods, the other moves agriculture, and both drive trade and investment
